employing a pro-active approach in order to achieve maximum project value. Our services include:
Feasibility Studies and Site Surveys
As well as assisting with site selection, we undertake in-depth studies on proposed developments,
analysing the feasibility of a project by considering issues such as location, planning implications,
and operational practicality. With a comprehensive cost and benefit analysis and risk assesment
report, we aim to identify any potential issues. We also undertake thorough technical surveys by
measuring, photographing and researching the site, assessing elements such as the structure,
electrics and fire safety. Once recorded, we are able to produce accurate CAD plans of the site.
3D Visualisation
A key aspect of GMP’s design service is in our production of high quality 3D visuals. With offices in
the U.K and Thailand, our 24 hour visualisation team are able to work on the same projects in
different time zones, thus delivering realistic project visuals in rapid time.
Interior Design
With constant and comprehensive client consultation, we develop the design concept with the creation of mood boards,
proposed plans and sample boards which are all produced with the client’s brief and budget in mind. Once initial plans are
approved by the client, we liaise with the relevant planning bodies, managing all planning and building regulation applications.
Detailed Design
Preparing detailed working drawings, designs and plans using C.A.D and other software, we are able to finalise a
design scheme, specifying all building elements and materials and creating accurate drawing packages for building contractors.
Project and Cost Management
With a firm grip on the planning, scheduling, co-ordination and financial aspects
of a project, we ensure that all work is completed to specification, on time and within
budget. Our project management service includes the preparation of tender packages,
budget estimation, scheduling of works and appointment of contractors. With 20 years
experience in international procurement,we source high quality, value products from
around the world and are also capable of managing clients’ direct purchases.
Site Supervision
At GMP we are actively involved with on-site developments, co-ordinating with site
managers,holding frequent site meetings and providing our clients with regular
progress reports. We closely monitor the performance of appointed contractors,
ensuring every installation is to specification and that all quality standards and
health and safety requirements are met. With close site supervision, we are able
to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
